Sea to Tree Health & Wellness

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness grew from a vision to provide affordable mental health and wellness services and give back to the community.

Sea to Tree originally opened as a non-profit and learned quickly how incredibly difficult it is to secure the funding necessary to keep the doors open. We pivoted the business model which solidified viability but also allowed support to be provided to the community.

Although Sea to Tree Health & Wellness is not technically a non-profit, we operate like one. Our unique business model allows us to give back to the community in a variety of ways. A portion of each associate session stays with the Centre so we can offer low-cost programs such as student sessions ($25 each), groups and subsidized sessions. This business model is sustainable as essentially those who can afford the services, even at a lower rate, help offset the cost of services for those who cannot.

The Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Foundation supports community members by subsidizing individual and group counselling sessions, providing gifts to those in need during the holiday season, and donating to local community fundraisers.
