Dulcie is a Canadian Certified Counsellor providing counselling support to individuals contending with the negative impact of trauma and past impactful experiences. She specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a brief model mental health therapy tool. ART works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. ART is proven effective in treating PTSD, phobias, grief, anxiety and depression. This process is very straightforward, using relaxing eye movements and assists individuals in moving rapidly toward resolution, growth and positive changes.

Dulcie has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is trained in ART and mindfulness-based therapies. She supports adult to embrace challenge, nurture growth and live a life of meaning.
