Sea to Tree Health & Wellness
Counselling with Harmony
I am in my final year of my Master of Counselling degree from City University in Canada and am so excited to continue this journey. Prior to graduate school, I spent time working in an array of different settings; community work, working with children, working with youth in mental health and addictions, to name a few. The connections we have with others has always fueled my soul, which led me to pursue counselling.
I feel passionate about working with people to support them through the challenges that life brings, and to nurture personal growth through practices that feel right for each individual client. Through a person-centred approach, I bring gentle curiosity to my practice, fostering an environment of empathy, safety, and empowerment where clients may share the unique and intricate pieces of themselves. I also aim to bring a sense of lightness to my work, by creating an atmosphere where humour and joy can co-exist with hardships.
There is the opportunity for personal understanding, self-compassion, and growth in all challenges we face, and I am committed to walking with my clients as they uncover their path forward.
Harmony works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She is available in person at the Westshore office, or online.

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. (originally called Sitka Wellness) was founded in 2019. It was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services. We have a small team of practitioners committed to supporting you in person and behind the scenes to make this possible.
Sea to Tree Health & Wellness is located in the unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, primarily the T’Sou-ke Nation, Sc'ianew Nation, Pacheedaht Nation, Songhees Nation territories. We recognize the privilege we have to be able to work, play and live in these unceded territories. We honour the lands, waters and communities and are actively working towards reconciliation.
