Counselling with Jess
Jessica is a practicum student completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology. She has a background in Clinical Neuroscience, focusing on the effects of circadian and seasonal rhythms on the brain and body. If you have trouble sleeping, and/or experience seasonal depression there is support available.
Jessica provides gentle, trauma-sensitive care as you navigate life’s challenges. She offers a safe, accepting place to share your story, brainstorm your next steps and feel heard and supported. If you struggle to find meaning in your life, or just feel lost at the moment, Jessica provides a safe space to explore your past experiences and your future potentials.
Sessions with Jessica give you space to laugh, cry, create and release overwhelming feelings is a safe and supported way.
Services Jess offers
Jessica offers individual and group counselling in-person at our Westshore office, by phone, online and in nature based appointments around Victoria and Saanich.
Jessica offers a selection of counselling approaches, including:

- Expressive Art therapies (painting, sculpture, music and more)

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. (originally called Sitka Wellness) was founded in 2019. It was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services. We have a small team of practitioners committed to supporting you in person and behind the scenes to make this possible.
