Counselling with Jessica

Jessica (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker and, for nearly 10 years, she has supported individuals facing anxiousness and low mood, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and in navigating difficult family dynamics. She works with clients to form therapeutic relationships built upon trust, respect, and unconditional non-judgment.

I help folks uncover a sense of clarity - to better understand their hopes, needs, and wishes in relation to themselves and others - with care, compassion, and curiosity. Talk therapy is a wonderful tool to explore life experiences, build meaningful connection, support personal growth, and find a sense of comfort and healing along the way.

While these issues are often incredibly challenging to navigate, I am hopeful that we can also enjoy our time together; laughter and liveliness are welcome! A keen sense of curiosity will guide our work. In our time, your safety, resilience, and integrity will be honoured, respected, and upheld always. I work with children/youth, adults, siblings and parents, couples, and whole families.
