I offer decades of experience as a consultant and therapist in the field of community rehabilitation and human performance. My area of interest is focused on providing individuals in safety-sensitive positions resources and tools that assist in sustained resilience by managing trauma. I commit to being highly accessible to provide compassionate support through telemedicine or in-person to those in need to receive immediate support and skills that promote self-regulation. Extensive training and expertise in treatment of chronic pain, complex trauma, and sleep disturbance supports success in providing evidence-based, effective, caring relief.
I have an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. in Medical Sociology with post-graduate certifications in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Crisis Intervention, Biofeedback, Behavioural Analysis, Hypnotherapy, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Assessment, and others since becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor in 2009.

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness (originally called Sitka Wellness) was founded in 2019. It was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services. We have a small team of practitioners committed to supporting you in person and behind the scenes to make this possible.
