Sea to Tree Health & Wellness
Counselling with Kellyanne
I am dually trained as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and as a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I love to work with adolescents and young adults or young professionals. I often work with clients who are encountering sudden life changes, or experiencing in the moment crisis’s.
I am a firm believer in a person-first approach, while appreciating the value of including a family approach as needed to better support the individual. While I utilize several umbrellas of therapy I focus on the individual needs and goals and meet them with different techniques.
In therapy, my goal is to prioritize your needs, and walk beside you in this journey- you as the client remains the expert in your life, your experiences and your journey.
The therapeutic alliance is at the core of my practice, I strongly believe in creating a non judgmental space, using bias free language and remaining client focused. Reach out and inquire how we can collaborate together for your therapy needs.
