Sea to Tree Health & Wellness

Massage Services

Registered Massage Therapy with us is a holistic approach that looks beyond where the pain is now to where it’s from and why it’s there in the first place, and we work to solve the root problem. Techniques regularly used include myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy and deep swedish techniques with an emphasis on breath and postural awareness. You can expect to receive specific home care exercises to keep you participating in your rehabilitation. We are enthusiastic about challenging the boundaries of what massage therapy can do and encourage you to ask questions about your healing process.

These are currently available at our Health & Wellness Centre in Sooke.

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. (originally called Sitka Wellness) was founded in 2019. It was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services. We have a small team of practitioners committed to supporting you in person and behind the scenes to make this possible.

We respectfully acknowledge that we live and work on the unceded traditional territory of the T’Sou-ke First Nation. Born and raised on Coast Salish territories (West Coast of BC), it is a privilege to live and work on this land.
