Welcome! I am a practicum student in the process of completing my master’s degree in counselling through City University. In my practice, I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are on your journey. I understand that each individual's path is unique, and I value the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Together we will work to identify your goals and I will be your partner in crafting a path that leads you toward a life that resonates with your authentic self. In this process, we will recognize what is already working in your life and what is getting in your way of where you wish to be. Through thoughtful exploration and practical guidance, we will untangle challenges, build on strengths, and uncover opportunities for positive change.

Outside of my practicum, I manage a psychological office. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the wonders of the Westshore with my spouse and our 2 dogs, reconnecting with my Romanian roots, and learning new things. I’m an avid rollerblader and hope to one day be fluent in Spanish.
