Services Nina offers

Guided by her assessment, she uses Myofascial and Trigger Point methods, blended with relaxing Swedish techniques, to release restrictions and restore function.

This approach can benefit repetitive strains, headaches, neck, shoulder and knee discomfort as well as lower back pain and sciatica. She wants her clients to feel confident with their homecare and feel in control throughout their healing process, so providing education, to maintain relief, is an important element.
