How You Can Help

Sponsor Somebody's Mental Health Journey

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us and consider donation!

Donations received help to subsidize counselling sessions for those who are motivated to reach out for mental health support but cannot afford it. We want to help more people than we can, at this time, so 100% of any amount donated will go directly to covering counselling costs.

Common factors prohibiting people from participating in counselling:

  • On a fixed income and have no mental health coverage
  • Family income only covers living expenses
  • Only have enough money for one family member to receive support
  • On long waitlists at nonprofits to receive counselling
  • Tragedy struck and there are no funds to go towards counselling

If you would like to make a donation, please reach out to use via emailing [email protected].

When you are not sure where to begin or who to see, I am the person you will connect with. My goal, as Sea to Tree Health & Wellness’ Intake Coordinator, is to offer options that fit your needs and life. I take into consideration what is bringing you to counselling, session preferences, affordability and coverage. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to be a helpful resource and positive place to start.
