Many thanks to the Sooke and Juan de Fuca Health Foundation, themselves a non-profit, for awarding the Sea to Tree Foundation a $5000 grant, to be used to subsidize counselling sessions for people in the Sooke Region experiencing financial hardship. We are very grateful for their help.

FREE Parenting Workshops & Support Circle: Navigate the challenges of parenthood

EMCS Programs is partnering with Sea to Tree Health & Wellness to offer parents FREE workshops to support and navigate the challenges of parenthood.

The sessions will alternate between a course topic and a support circle.

Direct bill for acupuncture services with CAF, Veterans Affairs & RCMP

Sea to Tree can now direct bill for acupuncture services with Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans Affair Canada & RCMP. All you need to provide is a prescription from your doctor or nurse practitioner and your ID number so we can request prior authorization.  Christine has openings for new clients at our Sooke office!

If so, every bottle or can you return to the Bottle Depot’s in Sooke or Glanford can help raise funds for the Sea to Tree Foundation. Just mention us when you go in. Our goal at the Foundation is to increase access to low barrier, affordable and/or free mental health services, including counseling. Thank you for your help!

Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. (originally called Sitka Wellness) was founded in 2019. It was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services.
