Looking for Administrative Assistant
Sea to Tree Health & Wellness is a growing business offering counselling and bodywork services in Sooke and the Westshore. We strive to find new team members who align with our vision, have a strong work ethic, enjoy collaboration and are interested in supporting our evolving needs. We are currently seeking a part time administrative assistant.
Job Summary:
This position will average 15 hours per week but has the potential to expand and grow. The hourly range is $25-$30. You will be asked to learn our tele-health platform, book appointments, screen/monitor emails and phone messages, access/navigate portals, support our invoicing and intake coordinators, and participate in community events. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remote and in office (Sooke and/or Colwood offices). Schedule flexibility but Saturdays are required. Potential for health benefits.
